Gift Card - Regulation
Terms and conditions
- Gift Cards are valid for six months from the date of issue and can be used for purchases online and in the atelier. Once this period has elapsed, the Gift Card credit will expire;
- If the value allows, the Gift Card credit can be used in multiple transactions;
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- The Gift Card credit is generated in a specific currency and can only be used for orders in the same currency at the same VAT rate;
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card;
- If the Gift Card credit does not cover the entire value of the order, the difference will need to be paid using another form of payment;
- If the Gift Card credit exceeds the total value of the order, the balance will be saved in the user’s account and can be used for future purchases, using the same code;
- Only one Gift Card can be used for each order. Multiple Gift Cards cannot be used for the same order.
