Refund policy
We’re confident your made-to-measure garment will fit you perfectly. However, if any alterations are needed, you’ll have access to a prompt and meticulous after-sales service to ensure the ideal fit.
Any issues (fit problems, imperfections or otherwise) must be reported to Customer Care within 30 days of receiving your garment, or from the date your order is ready for in-store collection. In the event of complaints submitted after 30 days, any alterations will be at the customer’s expense.
Alterations
If you feel your garment needs minor adjustments*, you can visit any Lanieri store, or contact your trusted tailor. We will reimburse you the full amount spent on the alteration (up to €75), or offer you double that amount as a voucher to use for your next purchases.
*Alterations must fall within the scope of those listed in the Alterations Form.
To alter your garment, you must:
- Contact your trusted tailor or visit one of our stores (in the same country as where your garment was originally shipped), by appointment.
- Print the Alterations Form (see below) for the specific garment, and give it to the tailor. The alterations listed on the form will be added to your Lanieri profile for your future orders.
- Send the completed form and a scanned copy or photo of the receipt to customercare@lanieri.com.
- Lanieri will offer you a voucher worth 200% of the amount spent on alterations, to use on our website for your future purchases. Alternatively, you may request a refund of the tailoring expenses.

Refund policy
- Please send us your refund request within 30 days of receiving the garment, or from the date your order is ready for in-store collection.
- You will be refunded within seven business days from when the request is received, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, where possible (Credit Card via website, PayPal). If you selected Klarna as your payment method, the platform will refund the instalment already paid and cancel the remaining ones.
- For payments made via Bank Transfer or POS, you will be asked to include your bank account details in the refund request.
- Refunds are subject to the following maximum limits:
€75 / $100 / £60 per suit
€50 / $65 / £40 per jacket
€35 / $45 / £30 per pair of trousers
€35 / $45 / £30 per waistcoat
€35 / $45 / £30 per shirt
€35 / $45 / £30 per polo shirt
€75 / $100 / £60 per coat - For alterations carried out at our Stores: once the garment has been modified, the customer will have 14 days (starting from the date of home delivery or from the date communicated for in-store collection) to request an additional tailoring intervention. After the 14-day period, any further alterations will be at the customer’s expense and refunds will no longer be possible.
- You may use the tailoring alterations service only at the Stores located in the country to which your order was shipped.
Free Remakes
If your tailor considers that alterations to your garment are not feasible, and such alterations exceed those provided for in the Alterations Form, Lanieri will remake the garment from scratch.
Our goal is to offer you the perfect fit. Therefore, if your tailor believes that the fit of your garment cannot be improved with minor adjustments, we offer you the possibility of a free remake.
To guarantee the best possible result for your new garment, we kindly ask you to:
- Send us at least three photos (front, back, and side) clearly showing the fit issue.
- Provide us with the exact variations in cm/inches that need to be applied to the garment. You may use the repair form as a guide.
- Wait for instructions from our customer service regarding the collection of the garment that needs to be remade.
Conditions fro remaking:

The remake request must be submitted within 30 days of the order shipment.

Lanieri reserves the right to refuse the remake request if the necessary alterations can be carried out by a local tailor.

The remake is intended to achieve a perfect fit; therefore, the customizations originally chosen by the customer cannot be modified under any circumstances.

The shipping cost for returning the garment to be remade is free for customers within the Eurozone. Outside the Eurozone, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

If the fabric required for the remake is out of stock, you will be asked to choose an alternative fabric of the same price range.

The remake is valid only for the first garment of each type purchased. Remakes are not available for subsequent garments unless they present evident manufacturing defects or measurements different from the first garment produced. (Example: If a customer buys a first shirt and then purchases another one, Lanieri will not accept a request to remake the second order).
Returns and Withdrawals
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a full refund in accordance with our return policy.
Please follow the steps below to obtain a full refund:

Download the return approval form to request the refund, and send it to customercare@lanieri.com, attaching 3 photos of the garment worn (front, back, and side) where the defect or reason for return is visible.

The claim will be reviewed by our Style Advisors, who will inform you of its approval.

The garment to be returned must be packed in the original packaging and sent at your own expense, together with the return approval form, using a traceable shipping method.

Please include the order receipt or confirmation email inside the package. For international returns, please declare the content as “Return” with a value of 1 EUR to simplify customs clearance. All shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Returns
To ensure high-quality service, Reda Industries S.r.l. allows withdrawal from the contract in the event that the garment presents: structural imperfections, fitting issues, or impossibility of modifications*. In such cases, Reda Industries S.r.l. will refund the amount paid, provided the following conditions are met:

The intention to withdraw must be communicated within 30 days of the order shipment.

Reda Industries S.r.l. will accept only garments that have not been used or damaged. Lanieri reserves the right to refuse a refund if the garment shows clear signs of use or damage. Lanieri will not accept garments that have been altered in any way.

Any shipment not complying with the above conditions will be returned to the sender without issuing a refund.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase. Coupons or Discount Vouchers used for the order will be refunded with new Coupons or Discount Vouchers for future purchases.

In case of promotions involving the purchase of multiple items, the customer must return all items to receive a full refund. Any items kept will be charged at full market value.

You will be refunded within 7 working days of our receipt of the garment, using the same payment method as the purchase whenever possible (Credit Card via website, PayPal). Otherwise, you will need to provide your bank details on the Return Form to receive the refund.

Returns are valid only for the first garment of each type purchased. Returns of subsequent garments will not be accepted unless they present clear manufacturing defects or different measurements from the first garment produced.
*“Structural imperfections” are defined as any characteristics different from the order specifications, or production defects that show inconsistencies with common tailoring standards (buttons unevenly spaced, non-compliant buttonholes, incorrect cuts, etc.). “Impossibility of modifications” refers to alterations beyond those listed in the Tailoring Alterations Form. However, since garments are not industrially produced, the maximum values listed in the Tailoring Alterations Form may be subject to a tolerance of 2 cm.
The Customer acknowledges that the garments subject to these general conditions are made-to-measure and/or customized. Therefore, pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply. It is understood that any subjective evaluations by the Customer regarding the aesthetic appeal of the requested modifications do not constitute a defect of conformity, provided the garment complies with the characteristics, measurements, and specifications agreed upon in writing. Lanieri remains responsible for any objective discrepancies from the agreed specifications.
